A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a confirmation on-screen and the amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error, connectivity issue, or insufficient balance are not valid. 888jil reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (whether due to a technical error, human error, or manipulation of the platform), 888jil reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. A clearly erroneous odd is one that is substantially different from the true market price for the event in question.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permissible window (generally 48 hours for most leagues), or abandoned before reaching a natural conclusion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a bet's potential payout exceeds the applicable maximum, 888jil will pay out the maximum limit and not the calculated return. The following actions are strictly prohibited on 888jil. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent banning and legal action where applicable:

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining after deducting voided bonuses or disputed amounts may be returned to the player's verified payment method at 888jil's discretion. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or illegal activity, no balance will be returned.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 888jil support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method before the account is closed.
